My Maropost-backed website was 12 months old, structured well but with a very basic search function that was not working with customers rather working against them to find what they needed. In stepped Philip and his team of geniuses - Netta, Dennis, Vlad and Anto, and within the first 6 weeks searches started to convert to sales, and the search feature is still learning!!! I love the fact that despite being on the other side of the world in a different timezone that all support issues are dealt with quickly, and they are always super-keen to help me make things better! The Merchant Dashboad where users can manage all the features are simple to use. Users has a lot of different features to choose from starting from synonyms, pinning of products and smart collections to name a few.

We use product feed to populate the products in Findify. It might be helpful to have other solutions to sync the product data to Findify than product feed to allow faster product sync - if the feed is not updated multiple times per day.
Also, as far as I am aware off, there are no machine learning capabilities. Maybe in the future?
