Our experience with Marker.io has been wonderful. We managed to get it linked up within the hour with all of our websites. Then customised the user experience for our needs with great detail. The bug reporting workflow has become much more efficient. Allowing us to keep track of all bugs that need/ have been done. Another great feature that helped us is the automatic email that gets sent to the reporter when a bug gets completed. Saving our admin team a massive headache with less miscommunication! Don't have any big dislikes. I know they have integration into fullstory which we loved but the price of the fullstory was above our price range. If something similar could be done with Hotjar, then that would be great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
