User friendly, no complications.

Maqsam's technical support is great, they listen to the feedback and work on imporving their features regularly.

The dialer is straightforward to use, and the campaign function is a life saviour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maqsam?

It does not show the login and log out time.

It does not have a realtime option to show the cumulative time for each status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maqsam was able to be at a scale and serve a very high spike of requests with zero failure and zero delays. in other words, they were able to serve 10K calls for Altibbi per day during covid-19 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
