It's great that features like call transcripts allow us to share customer feedback with relevant teams easily for quick resolution. The call whispering feature is helpful, especially for training interns, as it enhances call quality by allowing us to guide them during calls. I also appreciate Maqsam's detailed reports on each employee's involvement, which is important for team accountability. The initial setup was very simple, just a matter of a few clicks. Sometimes the call quality drops despite having high-speed internet, and the audio can become a problem. After connecting to a customer, sometimes the audio suddenly drops or lowers to a level below audibility.
