Speaking from a management standpoint, we have had to do a lot of behind the scenes work ourselves to accommodate for systematic changes in Labor Management to aide it in working for us. We are constantly having to do very analytical functions within Labor Management as opposed to utilizing it as the tool it was perceived to be on the production floor in order to increase our efficiency as a department. I have closely worked with Manhattan Active suite, which includes LM, inventory and other Supply chain management product.
It provides a real time labor tracking.
LM is build to scale, since it is a cloud native.
Friendly user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to be frank, but they can make the UI more interactive, and it will be great if AI is enabled with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Manhattan Labor Management is very detailed and fits nicely with Manhattan's main Warehouse Management system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because LM is so detailed there are lots of time studies that need to be done in order to input accurate information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have more visibility and control of the time and quality of labor within our warehouse, which let us know the potential, capability, and necessities we have.
Right now I am not a current user but I am sure this is cool application that we need to finish to implement to use it at 100%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
