MangoApps has a centralized notification system. Unread messages are reported from the web app, mobile app, or desktop. The instant messaging system is generally easy to manage and has some fun aspects. In addition to this MangoApps has many features such as thread creation, wikis, document versions, image and video previews, mentions and tags, group management, chat functionality and badges, all this makes it the ideal tool for our company. Originally, I would say that would have to be the search feature. With that being said, this is not the case now. MangoApps continually improves on features and adds customer requests and this was one of them for us. The search feature has greatly improved since we first implemented this intranet platform. MangoApps has features and automation that even our HRIS Paycom doesn't have. I love that it is a one-stop shop for everything in the realm of employee experience - internal comms, recognition, engagement, team building, onboarding, etc. and it makes our processes super efficient with all of the integration and automation tools! The downside to having so many features is there are also so many things to learn and it can be overwhelming. Most of it is intuitive but still takes time to go through. Other things, like trackers, are a little more complex but luckily they have an amazing customer support team to walk us through it and the community portal is very helpful at times too! The onboarding materials are well planned & the support on any issues or guidance is personable and excellent. Their Brown Bag and features support video series are a great resource. MangoApps is used in my organization as a method for staff to communicate informally with each other and with some of the clients. It has an exemplary user interface, is modern and intuitive, and makes it easier and faster for end users to adapt to the software. MangoApps allows you to create groups for staff to interact in a way they don't usually do; likewise, the creation of the groups has been beneficial in expanding internal communication, distributing information and sales, figures discussing progress in the projects of each work team, conduct surveys, questionnaires and forms and more. I like Mango apps because of the many options it provides like connecting with people from across the company who are located in remote locations.
We may discover other people with the same interest, share content, ask questions, send surveys, and react to content posted by other people.
It is very easy to use and customizable.

It is not easy to post cross-cutting questions or updates between groups. A lot of content needs to end up in a single group, missing out on some opportunity to reach a larger audience.
