I don't particularly like that it requires you to install it on your system. It's not a cloud-based product though you can install it on cloud servers. I found over time that if you do not change the default ports, you can open your cloud server to various attacks. Configuring the certificates for SSL was cumbersome as there is no integration with SSL providers and requires you to install and update your SSL certificates automatically. The notification system that includes email wasn't the easiest to set up, and it was challenging to set and keep working.
