What do you like best about Maki?

I recently discovered Maki, and it has genuinely transformed my daily routine. The intuitive interface and seamless functionality have made it incredibly easy to manage my tasks and stay organized. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with how Maki has streamlined my workflow, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maki?

I've been using Maki for a while now, and I must say it has been a game-changer in terms of streamlining our recruitment process. The platform offers a wide range of pre-built assessments that save us a lot of time and help us make more objective hiring decisions. However, one area where Maki falls short is in its customization options for niche roles. Sometimes, we find it challenging to tailor the tests perfectly to our unique hiring needs, which can limit the effectiveness of the assessments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maki?

it’s impressive how seamlessly it uses conversational AI to assess candidates. The skill-based assessments are intuitive and provide clear, actionable insights, making the hiring process faster and more effective. It’s a powerful tool for streamlining talent acquisition, and I’d recommend it to teams looking to optimize their HR workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maki?

While Maki is a powerful tool, I found that the customization options for assessments could be expanded to better fit niche roles. Additionally, I would believe that candidates in the long run would feel AI-driven conversations will feel a bit impersonal, which might affect engagement for certain roles. Improving these areas would make it even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maki?

Maki by Maki People is great for creating customized skill assessments and making the hiring process faster and easier. The realistic job simulations are engaging for candidates, and it’s flexible enough to work for businesses of any size. On the downside, it can take some time to figure out how to use everything, and the reliance on internet access can be a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maki?

For smaller companies, the cost might be a bit high compared to simpler tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maki?

There's always room for improvement, and for Maki, it would mainly be in the content of the results. Sometimes, I would like a bit more detail or explanations to better understand the test outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maki?

Practical platform to use (possibilities to send a link or directly send tests to candidates).

Allows for an opinion on the candidate's level.

Ease of use.

The diversity of tests (with the possibility to add more). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maki?

It simply lacks the display of all the candidate's results when we search for them. You have to click on each test taken by the candidate to see the result. It would be enough to display the scores next to the summary of the tests completed (when searching for the candidate).

Otherwise, nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
