I've been impressed by the quality of candidates selected after Maki tests: we simply wanted to hire all these candidates whereas we were used to lose our time with candidates not fitting well for the jobs we were hiring. No current downsides apart maybe the number of languages, we are also recruiting in Germany, Spain and Italy apart from France and sometimes we need a test with their own language. At the moment it seems that Maki is only in English & French but our account manager told us that they would take the point and move fast on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i) beyond being useful to existing firms, Maki is a resource-saving tool, suitable especially for startups with limited capacities to engage in robust, all-out hirings to fill all departments.
ii) the ability to be able to find potential hires (whether rookies or seasoned candidates) across departments.
iii) the fact that assessments per field are designed to suit specific jobs.
iv) the fact that some assessments simulate interactions among several departments within the organisation. This allows candidates to identify beforehand potential scenarios they are likely to face when hired. Brilliant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have heard about Maki a few months ago because I was looking for a tool to evaluate candidates in Marketing. Since then, I have used Maki many times in the different companies I've worked with.
Maki wants to change the way we recruit people by focusing more on skills than on CV.

Maki avoids creating internal recruitment tests and managing their correction, saving time for everyone.

Nothing except there were a few expert domain tests I need not available (i.e. related to airline pricing and revenue management), but the team told me they should exist in future.
