What do you like best about Mailscale?

A friend told me about Mailscale and I was thrilled to hear we could get email accounts set up for much cheaper than Google. What was extra exciting was how easy it was to do. "Easy Setup"

What do you like best about Mailscale?

Setting up inboxes is really easy, it took under 20 minutes of mostly waiting around to have 30 inboxes warming up in Instantly. They function the same as if you did all of the work yourself, which would take hours at minimum. The monthly cost is about half of Workspace, and would drop even lower if using more inboxes. What do you dislike about Mailscale?

Their FAQ page says domains cost $9-13, but the .com domains were $15 when I logged in. (which is almost double what other providers charge)

I couldn't see this pricing change until having already subscribed to Mailscale, so you have to pay the increased rate to continue with no warning.

Also, you can't add a profile picture to your inboxes. I think this would lower anyone's reply rate, but this remains to be seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailscale really solves a need in the market, backed up by great support and tech. I've been using Mailscale for 18 months and it's exactly what I needed: a reliable service to set up and manage cold outreach domains and email addresses.

During my time as a customer, I've been really impressed by their support team. Cold outreach is quite technical, so I've really appreciated the expert help and quick responses to my issues.
