The biggest thing when it comes to me is reducing the amount of time it takes to create domains. Before i'd be spending about 10 hours creating accounts on creating domains, all to then have a lot of them blacklisted very quickly - bit with mailscale, was able to have new accounts created in less than 10 minuets, with perfect deliverbility -

Which within the last 15 days, managed to book about 38 meetings in the last and booked calls with some of the largest firms in south africa!

The only thing that i disliked when i came to mailscale is when it comes to trying to downgrade to a different plan. I was on the agency plan and was planning on going to the enterprise plan very soon. I accidently clicked upgrade and didn't have the option to downgrade, but then shortly after i reached out to their support team and they was able to get it all sorted out! Just getting started with them, but so far the creation of emalis and domains is incredibly easy. No setting up DMARC or anything, that's all done automatically, just click a few buttons is literally all I had to do. They do exactly what they claim and I'm sure I'll have a great time with them. Mailscale is inuitive in its set up. Its quick and easy to get started. They have good support from their team and custom AI agents for quick inquries. They seem to be continually working on improving their service which I can appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only concern I can articulate right now is the organization of their help articles and customer service chat. It'd be nice if it were all on one page and not different tabs, but this barely effects the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A friend told me about Mailscale and I was thrilled to hear we could get email accounts set up for much cheaper than Google. What was extra exciting was how easy it was to do. Setting up inboxes is really easy, it took under 20 minutes of mostly waiting around to have 30 inboxes warming up in Instantly. They function the same as if you did all of the work yourself, which would take hours at minimum. The monthly cost is about half of Workspace, and would drop even lower if using more inboxes. Their FAQ page says domains cost $9-13, but the .com domains were $15 when I logged in. (which is almost double what other providers charge)

I couldn't see this pricing change until having already subscribed to Mailscale, so you have to pay the increased rate to continue with no warning.

Also, you can't add a profile picture to your inboxes. I think this would lower anyone's reply rate, but this remains to be seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailscale was incredible helping me get my emails and domains set up in a breeze! They saved me at least a dozen hours or more setting up my emails and domains. Mailscale really solves a need in the market, backed up by great support and tech. I've been using Mailscale for 18 months and it's exactly what I needed: a reliable service to set up and manage cold outreach domains and email addresses.
