The biggest thing when it comes to me is reducing the amount of time it takes to create domains. Before i'd be spending about 10 hours creating accounts on creating domains, all to then have a lot of them blacklisted very quickly - bit with mailscale, was able to have new accounts created in less than 10 minuets, with perfect deliverbility -

Which within the last 15 days, managed to book about 38 meetings in the last and booked calls with some of the largest firms in south africa!

The only thing that i disliked when i came to mailscale is when it comes to trying to downgrade to a different plan. I was on the agency plan and was planning on going to the enterprise plan very soon. I accidently clicked upgrade and didn't have the option to downgrade, but then shortly after i reached out to their support team and they was able to get it all sorted out!
