I've been using MailerLite for years and setup all new clients on it. Has a good number of features on their free plan and even more on their paid plan. The features are not fluffy, they are features that are necessary as part of any successful email marketing plan. Not much to dislike, but there are some things that are missing (branding colours across the board), but it gets added as a feature request by support.

Update on August 15th. They released a new landing page builder without the Stripe block. There was no opportunity to change builders, I had to use their webpage builder to create a landing page for a client that worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They will block your account and freeze the payment method so they can charge you fees without even letting you send emails. They have obscure terms and conditions that they can use against you at any point to take your money and run away.
