What do you like best about MailerLite?
It's intuitive to use, and they are always making improvements. Customer support is very quick and clear, even though I'm on the lowest pricing tier. It takes me just minutes to set up a newsletter and add some new content and saved blocks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Formatting the email content was a bit tricky at first but - I did not spend time on tutorials, just jumped in and started. Would defintely encourage time spent learnign the basics of formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
My favorite thing about MailerLite is the support and customer service. Recently, I sent out a newsletter to our entire mailing list with an incorrect link. Customer Service was able to fix the link on their end within 10 minutes of me sending the newsletter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
I found it easy to figure out how to do most things between examples/instructions and help pages. If I've had an issue, then customer service was there to help me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found a real downside yet. I guess it would be of more benefit if the free plan were increased to 2000 or even 1500. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
MailerLite allows me to keep my 'groups' organized and is relatively easy to use and send emails to masses with a consistent brand experience. Has new options such as embedding videos , that I discover every time I poke around on the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
