What do you like best about MailerLite?
I like the automation of the emails, I think they are described as campaigns. It saves a lot of time to send emails out this way and then type them all out.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
I love having emails and a website builder all in one. Especially because there are only a few fields in their CRM, unlike the complex fields in Hubspot. Their customer support has been amazing in real time too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email text gets deleted by accident in the editor, and the system can be slow and buggy. Also, it's hard to figure out when to use campaigns versus automation, as group updates require duplicates instead of add ons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use this alot on multiple brands. When ever we take on a new brand we often try whatever they are using and then end up switching them to mailerlite. There are loads of feature and it is very flexible with lots of different integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer Support people helped me established a Reader Subscription form. As a writer and published author, I am not technically oriented and needed a step-by-step help. What do you dislike about MailerLite?
It's never been intuitive in the old version and even some in the newer version. We often have to ask them how to do things. To figure things out on our own always takes a long time, and their servers are very slow when switching from different areas of the software.
In their new version after 3 weeks of hard work getting 3 different sites moved over, they shut down/paused 2-3 of my campaigns and/or RSS feed and I had no idea, so I lost 6 months of connecting to my list.
Their customer service while fast, doesn't answer questions or address problems (they pick and chose what to address) and they don't seem to understand what I'm saying some of the time so I have to repeat myself. That's managers too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
