Top Rated MailerLite Alternatives

I've been a ML user for four years now. It is one of the best digital platforms/products/services I have ever purchased. The interface is intuitive, the final product is always slick and clean, and the customer service is hands-down the best online customer service experience I've ever had. They're like the Chick-fil-a of online customer service. I've moved my website to their platform, which saved me hundreds of dollars a year, and I'm in the process of moving my online store to their platform as well (integrated with my website, which it wasn't before). I highly recommend ML to any solopreneur who is looking for a one-stop-shop for customer management/nurturting, website hosting, email services, and a basic online shop platform. (Full disclosure: I am currently still using their Classic platform – they recently released a new version and I have not yet migrated there because I have everything I need in the Classic platform.) There is literally only one thing I wish they would change: There is no way to update customers' email addresses. From what I understand, this isn't possible because of the structure of their system and how clients' "files" are "built" in their system. The email address serves as the main piece of information about a client, and everything is connected to that, so changing it isn't possible. So far this has not caused any problems for me of any kind, so it's not a big deal to me in the grand scheme of things! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Mailerlite daily to send an email newsletter to my community. I like the interface of Mailerlite. I belive it is easy to use and one of the best when it comes to creating emails. I like that I had the option of using templates and as I my business grew I could switch to using my own custom html email which many platforms don't support.
Setting up my newsletter on the platform was easy to do. Setup was straightforward.
I like that mailerlite integrates with Facebook lead ads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is not good. I had issues with email deliverability that kept reoccuring. Mailerlite would tell me the issue was resolved but then it would break again. I always had to follow up with support. They would never reach out when a ticket was open. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their customer service is amazing. Minimal to no wait time for chat help, which I prefer over the phone. Very friendly and helpful. I also love their guides, beautiful easy to use templates, and features all for a great price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some things can be a little hard to locate and I wish the drag and drop editor was a little easier to use. It would be helpful if I could hover over a section to see what it is especially. I feel it was more intuitive in it's previous version. Also, it doesn't work the same in every browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MailerLite is an exceptional email marketing tool that stands out with its user-friendly interface and powerful features. The platform makes it easy to create and manage campaigns, offering intuitive design options and robust automation capabilities. I also want to highlight their outstanding customer support, which is always ready to assist. With features like segmentation, analytics, and seamless integrations, MailerLite is a reliable solution for anyone looking to enhance their communication with their audience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature I feel is missing in MailerLite is the ability to save and reuse custom content blocks. This would be incredibly helpful for maintaining consistency across campaigns and saving time during email creation. For example, being able to save headers, footers, or frequently used promotional sections would make the workflow much smoother. While the platform is excellent overall, adding this functionality would take it to the next level Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailerlite is filled with pretty templates, and if you want to design it yourself the drag and drop designing is so easy to use! I use Mailerlite every week for mye clients.
After a campaign is sent I have full controll and overview of the response of the receivers.
It gives me information if I need to change anything in my next newletters.
And not to mention landingpages. A fun way to make simple and noticable pages for a campaign or just a small website that dosnt need complicated coding and design. I love Mailerlite!
Costumer service is fast and responsive, always there to help if I have any wonders.
I use Wordpress as website builder and intergration/implementation of subscribers form is easy peasy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Mailerlite for some years now, and I still cant seem to find a reason to use another newsletter system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Economical, and user friendly interface. My Funnel Manager set up all the sutomations so I cannot speak to how easy or hard that is, but now adding subscribers, and cleaning the subscriber list looks easy enough to manage. We've just started mail lists so I'm excited to see how it all goes, So far, all the automations are working fine and it seems MailerLite has all the bells and whistles we need. I also signed up for the Black Friday deal which was a good deal. Thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had some dramas logging inn on multiple occasions but the support team were quick in helping me resolve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is beyond outstanding. I've been trying to resolve an issue with our DNS records to authenticate our domain. The domain host pointed to Microsoft and said it wasn't their problem. Microsoft pointed to the domain host, even thought hey host our DNS records, and said it wasn't their problem. I jumped on a chat with MailerLite and Ana was a superstart. She took responsibility, examined our records, immediately diagnosed the isse, and walked me through a solution. We had our site authenticated in 10 minutes after 3 days of run-a-rounds form our our service providers. Now we will get our Giving Tuesday email out actually on Giving Tuesday! Thank the Lord for Ana and MailerLite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No phone support, but this is a minor thing because MailerLite has such execellent chat support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm an author, and it's important for me to reach my faithful readers via email. MailerLite is inexpensive compared to other email tools and it has lots of bells and whistles so that my emails fit my brand. It's easy to use for me to keep in contact with my readers. My favorite part, though, is that anytime I need help, I can chat with someone at MailerLite and they help me. Every single time! They're friendly and patient, and I appreciate that, especially because I'm a small business. They still treat me like I'm just as important as a huge company, and that means a lot to me. Update 11/24: Even after the company has experienced significant growth, they still function like a small business that cares about every single customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recently, MailerLite upgraded their system (I still use what's known as "classic MailerLite"). Although it has a lot more tools and bells and whistles, it costs a lot more, so I'll be sticking with the classic version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team has always been very responsive when I had to contact them. I've been a user for two years and I've seen some new features pop up every now and then, but I just wish they would drop the interest in putting AI in everything and just focus on what makes a better newsletter and not the users' laziness. There are still some basic features from Mailchimp that are missing (for example, using conditional tags within the content) and I'm not hopeful they will ever add them. Also, Mailerlite tends to delete your subscribers after a single bounce due to a full mailbox instead of discriminating between soft and hard bounces, which is really time demanding to fix. Customer support is great. Sometimes I get stuck on the logic of something, and they are patient and go through it with me so I can make best use of their product. The pricing and features are more geared to a solopreneur than some of their competitors, and they integrate with all the apps I use. Their drag and drop editor has greatly improved over the years, and newsletters look great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the logic behind triggers and automations is a bit confusing. There are some features I'd like to see developed, and I've suggested those. I find Mailerlite does update their software so hoping that the new features will be there soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A best-ever mail campaign software provider who is responsible for its unmatched product experience for users. I am an old user of Mailerlite and still, I am with it for its groundbreaking app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It isn't easy to contact Mailerlite in the free plan if you face a problem that doesn't have a solution in their knowledge base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
