Not sure why Mail wouldn't by now include what Mailbutler brings to the table, but thank God for these features. I dreamed of a way on Mac to delay send, schedule send, set follow ups, confirm receipt and searched years ago for such a tool. Bam! Finally found it! The features' value is obvious. The support is great, tingly, personal and accountable to themselves and myself. They constantly innovate. I do wish the price was less but for how much I use email in business I would pay that as an app much like 365 or other. I haven't used the mobile version much yet but have gotten others in my org to use it and they love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes in the past there was some compatibility problem easily solved by enabling a setting which was often corrected in next version. Probably related to OS X changes or conditions at my mail providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the email tracking feature which is probably the most advanced on the market. Plus its Smart Assistant helps me with my replies and email tasks.
It can suggest follow-up reminders, create notes from emails, and offer email templates so I can reuse the same email copy.

I'm a mortgage broker, and it's essential in my business to know when & how my mail is opened. Everything works like a Swiss watch for email tracking. There are more features that I have not even tried yet, like custom signatures. The soft itself is great, but the "biggest secret" of the Mailbutler is their customer service! The Mailbutler (MB) service/soft is attached in my case to the Apple Mail, which sometimes cause small issues, when Apple comes with a major MacOS update. It happened once during last year, when the Mailbutler was not available for a week when they were reshaping the app to make it work with MacOS Sonoma. However they communicated well in advance cautioning not to upgrade to Sonoma yet, but I did not listen ;) They also compensated for the down time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an early adopter, I'm using Mailbutler for more than five years. The program includes many great features such as "Send Later", "Email Tracking" and many more. With the new AI features, Mailbutler has become a superior program. I can recommend it to everyone - light and heavy users of emails. I use Apple Mail because I cannot stand Outlook. I needed two things. First, I needed to have read receipts to see who has opened my emails. Second, I needed to bcc Hubspot so that I can track all my correspondence in there. Mailbutler allows me to do both perfectly. Plus, their customer support is very quick to respond.
