What do you like best about magicJack for Business?
Nothing. They do not allow you to port a number away. They hold you hostage trying to milk additional payments from you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about magicJack for Business?
Their customer service is at times impossible to reach via phone. I've had days where I cannot get through. When I do they say they are providing the information needed to port but then don't allow the new carrier to port it out effectivly holding you hostage. Using them is a way to give them control over your whole business. They don't allow you to update email addresses via their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that I can take my magic jack with me everywhere, I can plug the phone jack in anywhere even hotels, also the app on the phone works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
