Our purchasing experience was straightforward and well-supported, with the Magentrix team providing clear and responsive guidance. Although the platform offers robust, enterprise-grade features, the admin interface can feel somewhat complex during the initial setup.

Fortunately, Paul Bird and the Magentrix team provided outstanding support throughout the onboarding and implementation process. Their comprehensive training and hands-on assistance ensured we could confidently navigate and configure the platform to align with our specific needs.

Their proactive guidance significantly eased the learning curve for advanced functionalities, including Salesforce mapping, LMS integration, and customizing the Marketplace Directory.

Before adopting Magentrix PRM, we managed opportunity updates across our partner ecosystem—such as value-added resellers—by manually distributing over 20 spreadsheets every two weeks. This process was not only time-consuming and inefficient but also prone to delays and lacked transparency. Partners often faced frustration due to limited visibility into their deals, including statuses and referrals, which hindered effective collaboration.

Magentrix transformed our operations by providing a centralized platform that seamlessly integrates with Salesforce. Its native integration, unparalleled in complexity and functionality, connects all our data and workflows, giving partners a unified space to view and update opportunities, leads, and support tickets in real time.

Beyond operational efficiency, Magentrix serves as a comprehensive hub for our partner ecosystem. Partners can access essential resources, complete training programs, request MDF funds, collaborate on business plans, and integrate with tools like Crossbeam—all from one platform.

Looking ahead, we plan to roll out the LMS component to certify a wide range of partners, including ISVs, referrals, resellers, VARs, system integrators, and agencies. What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?

Magentrix PRM is easy to integrate with Salesforce and customize. Over the years they have added features that have allowed admins to create custom pages via widgets instead of code. It is really easy to manage and maintain requiring less interaction with their Professional Services team.

In the event you do have to interact with their Support or Professional Services team the experience is always an excellent one. Fast and detail support service, and they take the time to have calls if needed fairly quickly. In addition their Professional Service team is super responsive helpful and a pleasure to work with. The Magentrix PRM provides a broad set of capabilities to make it easy to manage our partners and enable them for success. Specifically, our partners find the deal registration, pipeline visibility, training module and resource library the most valuable features. Why? Because they are easy to use! What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?

Very easy to use. The salesforce integration is great and SIMPLE. There isn't any unncessary mapping needed every time a new field is created. Just refresh the object in the portal and the new field is there and ready to add to the page layout. Implementation was very straight forward as well. The team was Paul, Navin, Vini and Giordy have been great and super helpful from the beginning.

I am able to create a new page and format it very easily, no code required. I love that partners are able to create reports, so anything shared with them ie leads they are able to export them using the reporting feature. The popup alert is really nice. What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?

The documentation site is pretty hard to navigate at times and difficult to find what I'm looking for.

The deal aleert can get overbearing since each deal is one alert. So if you're sending multiple partner leads they will get a lot of emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
