**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

I like best Magentrix’s flexible, needs-based approach. Using the platform for a year, they’ve customized and developed the portal to our vision and framework. Magentrix keeps improving with new features and by polishing the core platform. Their customer support is also A.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix's biggest weakness might be it's biggest strength. Because the portal is so very versatile, not all features are used  by us and the admin view can feel cluttered. Not to shame it though - I love having the options available.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix is our main way of communicating with our partners. With a lot of information to keep available, and many user groups to divide this between, the portal is wonderful. Intuitive document foldering, good-looking pages to serve the documents with, article based newsletter module, roles and groups for user management - all of this compiled results in positive feedback from our recipients.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

I love how modular the Magentrix PRM is, enabling us to build a custom interface that aligns perfectly with our Pigment branding, giving the portal a truly customized look. The ability to configure and embed website pages directly within the portal is fantastic, as it serves as a central source of truth.   Additionally, the capability to sync directly with Salesforce is a great feature. It provides real-time updates and allows us to grant user access to partners through Salesforce, effectively synchronizing that information into the Magentrix system. This feature ensures that we maintain one consistent source of truth for our data, allowing seamless data integration. We can continue to rely on Salesforce as our primary data repository, while still being able to share pertinent information with our partners without the need to grant them internal Salesforce licenses.   The user experience during our guided hands-on proof of concept was also positive, with a smooth setup process and helpful documentation, topped with training sessions that made implementation relatively straightforward. Overall, these features combined contribute significantly to a streamlined partner management process.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I find the admin experience quite challenging due to excessive navigation, which feels counterintuitive to implement effectively. Additionally, the reporting features could use some enhancement to better highlight the most utilized documents, the most clicked items, and the least used items, along with providing recommendations for streamlining files.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Magentrix PRM to ensure transparency and share information easily with partners, streamline data integration with Salesforce, and customize our portal to match our branding, all without needing Salesforce licenses for Partners.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Implementation was fast and straightforward, moving from proof of concept to rollout in about a month. Paul played a key role in that process, helping us understand the platform while configuring it to fit our company’s needs.

The Salesforce integration was one of the biggest differentiators when we evaluated PRMs. Updates to fields or values appear almost instantly in Magentrix, which made onboarding much smoother. Once integrated with Salesforce, Magentrix proved flexible and easy to tailor to our needs, both in terms of structure and appearance. Our CSM (Navin) has been great at making sure we have the support we need and that we’re fully leveraging the platform’s features to continuously improve our portal.

The support team is incredibly responsive and clear in their communication. They quickly understand the issue without needing multiple clarifying questions and are proactive in providing resolutions or useful updates.

Nearly a year into our contract, I’m very happy with our decision to choose Magentrix. Everyone that we’ve worked with has been knowledgeable, supportive, and collaborative.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

The admin portal can feel a bit dated and overwhelming at first given the number of options and settings to configure. Some features that seem like they should live in a single place or be managed in one step are instead tied to other settings, which can make navigation a bit tricky in the beginning. Over time, this becomes easier as you get more familiar with the structure and logic behind it.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix serves as the central hub for all of our partner materials. It’s where we share documents, host key resources, and link out to other tools and systems our partners use. It’s become a one-stop shop for anything partners need to know about our company, helping us consolidate information, improve accessibility, and create a consistent experience across our different partner types.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

The support is AMAZING - they'll hop onto a call with you and interact with you via slack for quick answers. They're also admin managers themselves and answer technical questions for you -- they're not reading from some docs and punting you into oblivion when they don't know an answer. I almost feel like I have a builder co-pilot with how responsive they are.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

If you know Salesforce, you know... When you can do anything, it gives you so many options but the complexity of the build also expands. I would say this PRM is for someone who wants maximum flexibility and to build a very stable, optimized-for-scale soltuion, not for beginners who want a couple features. While they do have plenty of templates, it's so beefy that it may be overkill for folks looking for a couple dashboards and a learning center.

They are our channel partner portal -- the main way our channel partners interact with our program.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Some of the best features about Magentrix are the automated emails and how fast it syncs with Salesforce.
We turned on the automated emails a few months ago, and it's been a game changer. Our portal users are staying in the loop without us having to do anything manually. The automated emails are triggered quickly and we have the option to run these earlier. Plus, the way the data just instantly maps over to Salesforce is a delight. It's so fast, and it makes our lives so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I'd really love to see more AI features. It would be amazing to just ask the system to pull data for us. We're always running reports, and it can be a real time suck. Imagine being able to ask something like, "Which users have closed the most deals in the last three months?" and have the AI just give you the answer. That would save us so much time.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using it to run a referral program where we let industry experts create an account to send us business. It's been a great way to grow our customer list while also giving people a good reason to keep using the program. It's all about expanding our reach and keeping everyone engaged.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

The standout feature of Magentrix PRM is its incredible flexibility and customization capabilities. If we can dream it, we can typically make it happen within the platform. This has allowed us to tailor the platform precisely to our partner program needs with minimal compromise.

What truly sets Magentrix apart is how their team collaborates with us. They create a genuine space for feedback and actively listen to our unique use cases, using that information to drive platform improvements. As customers, we consistently feel heard and valued.

The seamless integration with our CRM system has been another significant advantage, creating a unified ecosystem that streamlines our partner management processes and eliminates data silos between systems.

The support team deserves special recognition for their prompt responses. When issues arise or we have questions, we never have to wait long for assistance, which keeps our operations running smoothly.

Finally, Magentrix demonstrates consistent innovation through regular updates and improvements to the platform. It's clear they're committed to evolving their product based on customer needs and industry trends.

The admin UI has a relatively steep learning curve that can be challenging for new users to navigate. Some administrative functions and settings can be difficult to locate at times, which occasionally slows down configuration tasks. While the platform is powerful, the admin interface could benefit from a more intuitive design to improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix solves several challenges in our partner management process. First, it streamlines partner enablement through customizable journeys and training modules, ensuring partners receive the right information at the right time and dramatically improving their proficiency with our offerings.

The platform improves the time from deal registration to review and lead engagement from our GTM team. This allows us to capitalize on opportunities faster and provide a more responsive (and transparent) experience to our partners.

Our MDF process has been completely transformed with Magentrix. The platform provides clear communication to partners at every step of the way, from request to approval to fund distibution, eliminating confusion and administrative overhead would have initially plagued this process.

Additionally, Magentrix enables effective coselling and provides marketing resources with powerful searchability and AI-driven recommendations. I particularly appreciate the improvements with Global Search and the new AI features. This helps our partners quickly find exactly what they need without wading through irrelevant content, making them more efficient and effective in their marketing efforts.

These improvements have directly translated to stronger partner relationships, increased deal flow, and more efficient operations across our entire partner ecosystem.

I really appreciate the level of service and support we get from the Magentrix team. The people we work with are not only responsive but also genuinely invested in our success, which makes the partnership feel collaborative rather than transactional. Beyond the team itself, the platform is intuitive, customizable, and flexible enough to support our unique partner program needs. Having both great technology and a strong support system has made implementation and ongoing usage smooth and effective.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

The platform has somewhat limited out-of-the-box functionality when it comes to affiliate management. That said, the Magentrix team has been very flexible and proactive in working with us to build custom updates and enhancements, which has helped bridge the gap. While it would be great to see more native affiliate features in future releases, the responsiveness of the team makes this much less of a pain point.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix gives us a single, consolidated portal for our partners. Instead of juggling multiple tools — Salesforce for external agents, an LMS for training, and separate file storage — everything is now streamlined into one platform. This makes partner access much simpler and improves adoption across our ecosystem.

From a budget perspective, Magentrix has also been a big win. We were previously paying a premium for Salesforce, and moving to Magentrix has provided a much more cost-effective solution without sacrificing capability. The flexible pricing structure has allowed us to reallocate budget toward other partner initiatives, giving us more room to grow our program.

Accomplishes 90% of what we were looking for in a portal at a price point and structure that we needed. The magentrix team made it all happen for us. Streamlined setup and remarkably helpful. Integrates into our CRM (salesforce) very well.

It's a great platform and team. Not to detract from that. Impovements could be in ease of of how we add resources and the addition of a quoting tool would be helpful.

Creating a platform for us to share resources with channel partners, deal registry that sync's with our CRM and enable us to interface with partners at scale.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix has modernised and greatly enhanced the portal experience for our channel partners. Where previously we had a clunky, legacy solution, we now have something that caters to everything that we need from a portal. Its integration with Salesforce, simple pricing model, and range of features that we can leverage were all key to us selecting Magentrix as our portal solution.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

There's nothing we particularly dislike. All of the features that we've so far required from the portal have been catered for by Magentrix. Some of the backend navigation could perhaps be a bit better coordinated and easier to navigate.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have brought our partner portal into the 21st Century with Magentrix. Previously we were unable to offer features such as pipeline pages, MDF requests and lead distribution. Users had to fill out three separate registration forms before they could complete basic training. Nothing was tracked automatically in Salesforce, it was a time-consuming, manual process that ate up the sales team's time. Now everything is streamlined, fully integrated with Salesforce and giving us the ability to offer our partners a competitive portal solution that caters for their needs. The difference between our old portal, and our new one with Magentrix is night and day.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

As a veteran start-up channel leader, I've implemented lots of partner portals from several different vendors. Magentrix was the easiest and fastest by far. The support from everyone from my sales rep to my brand ambassador and customer success manager has been fabulous. Everyone is hyper-responsive and helpful. The integrations work great and when you take the cost into account, it's the best value PRM I've ever seen.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

My only downside is that I worked with three other vendors before finding Magentrix.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, a resource library and deal registration. On our second day live, two deal registrations came in and the process was perfect and easy to manage. Soon, we'll launch an on-demand enablement program.

The team supporting us is very professional and supportive to our requests (support, CSM and other experts from Magentix).

There are new features release but we feel it's a bit hard to grasp all new feature and understand how they can be applied on our portal

Magentrix is solving the need to share non-public data with or partners and being able to distiguish between partner types and other grouping needed automatically!

I most appreciate the ease of use and ease of implementation of the variety of features that the platform offers. I log into Magentrix every day and take time to get to know how to integrate more features in the portal. Even if I struggle with some aspects, the Magentrix support team is fully available and offers speedy support through a ticketing system, email or call. 

I greatly appreciate the collaboration and partnership with the Magentrix team and much appreciate your hard work! Keep up!

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Magentrix as a platform (after the learning curve) is fairly easy to navigate and adjust to the company needs. There’s options for customizations I can easily do on my end, along with building custom reports, and when there’s business needs that require more experience, those working at Magentrix are efficient, effective, and happy to help work through any changes or updates that the company might have.

Additionally, when there are more complex adjustments to be made, those working at Magentrix show me how to adjust them in the future, which allows me to be more proactive in the future, though are also more than happy to jump on a call and address any concerns that I might have.

Magentrix transformed our operations by providing a centralized platform that seamlessly integrates with Salesforce. Magentrix PRM is easy to integrate with Salesforce and customize. Over the years they have added features that have allowed admins to create custom pages via widgets instead of code. It is really easy to manage and maintain requiring less interaction with their Professional Services team. 

In the event you do have to interact with their Support or Professional Services team the experience is always an excellent one. Fast and detail support service, and they take the time to have calls if needed fairly quickly. In addition their Professional Service team is super responsive helpful and a pleasure to work with.

At times I have a hard time finding the right KB article to resolve my issue.

Very easy to use. The salesforce integration is great and SIMPLE. There isn't any unncessary mapping needed every time a new field is created. Just refresh the object in the portal and the new field is there and ready to add to the page layout. Implementation was very straight forward as well. The team was Paul, Navin, Vini and Giordy have been great and super helpful from the beginning.

I am able to create a new page and format it very easily, no code required. I love that partners are able to create reports, so anything shared with them ie leads they are able to export them using the reporting feature. The popup alert is really nice. Very useful when hosting events to get the word out.

The documentation site is pretty hard to navigate at times and difficult to find what I'm looking for. 

The deal aleert can get overbearing since each deal is one alert. So if you're sending multiple partner leads they will get a lot of emails.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Not only is the platform wonderful but every single person I worked with was so happy to help walk us through the implementation process and still is more than happy to help us with anything we can't figure out. The implementation process was fast and easy. Their continues support has been above and beyond my expectations! Thank. you to Merlin and her team for everything!

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

Verified First utilizes Magentrix to serve as a resource to over 160+ partners in our partner ecosystem. The thing we like the most about Magentrix is the rewards program we have created. Our users can earn rewards for engaging with our portal, whether it's for logging in, viewing content, submitting deals, or closing deals. We also love the ability to run pop-up campaigns! This has been a very effective way of getting our users more engaged in lead generation efforts. To support our partners further in lead generation, we also rely heavily on the playbooks tab to provide a variety of sales-enablement resources. We always receive great feedback on having these resources on hand. 

Not to mention, the Magentrix support team responds to tickets very promptly.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

The platform is not always the most user-intuitive but Magentrix offers onboarding training, help articles, and a support team to assist in any questions. Ultimately, they have been great to work with and are always willing and ready to provide support.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix acts as a great referral system for when our partners speak with someone who is interested in our services. A partner contact can log in to our partner portal, register their referral, and our team can reach out to them in a timely manner. This has bridged the sales experience between Verified First and our partner companies.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

We really loved the collaboration with Navin and Omar. They were both super helpful to find the solution that will fit to our needs! We spent over the month in conversations and weekly calls - they were always keen to help, fast in response! We can only recommend the collaboration with Magentrix!

There is not anything there bothered us.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have more then 850 and we needed solution that will allow them to access presentations/ visuals/ webinars. We could not place it on website as everyone could see it. We only need a specific people with NDA in place to be able to access it.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

I love that the tool gives us a ton of options on how we want to manage our channel portal. Every time we go to Paul and Navin with questions there's always an answer. Whenever we've tried to add a feature or implement something that is outside of their direct scope, they still find a way to make it happen.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

I would argue the level of customizability can be seen as a blessing and a curse. Although I've had nothing but positive experiences with the portal and those who manage our account, I could see how the complexity of this tool can deter people from using it. Even inside my org, I'm more proficient with the tool so I navigate it pretty well but when I intro it to someone and try to get them to leverage it, adoption doesn't happen like I hope it would.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix has and will continue to give us a way to manage our channel relationships. They give us a way to have outside parties directly access our SF environment and we get to choose what gets mapped back to them. It's really something that has made my life a lot easier and we'll continue to work with their team to improve the process.

We had used ImPartner in the past and found it to be complicated and non-intuitive.  Magentrix was much easier to implement and manage on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

There are a few areas that cannot be accessed directly - the support department has been helpful when I hit these areas however.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing a relationship hub for our partners.  Essentially it allows are users to register deals and see the progress on all deals in the system.

This platform gives you the ability to customize the fields. We were able to configure Magentrix to fit the needs of our company and international partners. We are very pleased with the help and support of the Magentrix team.  Paul Bird was instrumental when helping us connect Magentrix with other applications. I

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Like any PRM platform, there are challenges when setting up.  We had plenty of support from the Magentrix team during the implementation phase. While it may not integrate with all other applications, there are work-arounds.

**Recommendations to others considering Magentrix PRM:**

When looking for a platform that can help you with multiple solutions, I would look at Magentrix.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently use Magentrix as our CRM and for our worldwide partners. The main benefits are;  1. being able to customize it to fit our needs and 2. possibly eliminating purchasing other software because it does so much.  It is a very capable platform.

**What do you like best about Magentrix PRM?**

The best feature of the Magentrix CRM is its extensibility.  If need to add a field you can add it, if you want to change something, you can change it - all without having to hire a consultant.  It also does a great job as a Partner Portal along with being a great CRM.

**What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM?**

Some of the list views are static and cannot be sorted dynamically by clicking on the column label.

**What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magentrix PRM solves our entire Customer Relationship Management problem by accurately tracking opportunities.  We have two distinct sales processes and Magentrix PRM handles both of them seamlessly.  We also use the Magentrix PRM to manage our international partner network to keep them informed and allow them access to our library of information. The main benefits are accurate forecasting of sales, automatic quote generation, and self-serve partner interaction.
