Customer support is not proactive. Sometimes it takes weeks to resolve any query. Apart from that, they really need to work on troubleshoot documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI of GA4 with magnetos seems to be old. It is not a blocker and but sometimes it is not user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
