We usually use it to track our daily inventories, set up monitors on the threshold, and do a lot of real-time analytics using their platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer support is not proactive. Sometimes it takes weeks to resolve any query. Apart from that, they really need to work on troubleshoot documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
