The Platform user interface and how the data is presented could use some improvements. In addition it's wonderful working with our account team but would be ideal to also have our digital marketers have access to upload account lists and analyze insights to help speed up the planning process.

Our ability to reach accounts accross multiple digital advertising channels and aid in their research with content syndication. Its also a great way to expand account contacts with their lead generation channels.

From the outset of engaging with Madison Logic to delivery of our project pragram and using the tools provided, it has been a fantastic experience and one I wish we had discovered 6-12 months ago.

The entire ML Platform has been a simple and effective pleasure to use and leverage and the customer experience provided by the designated ML Team has been fantastic. We continue to use the tols daily to assist our business.

There isn't anything we have disliked about the experiences we have had and would highly recommend to any organisation looking to think about and do something outside the norm.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ML has provided a better way of managing our marketing campaigns and programs, and we have reached more organisations than was ever possible by ourselves. Naturally it is up to us to continue to leverage the benefits and continue to use the platform effeectively.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

Ability to deliver the results expected globally, on budget, willingness to do market and competitive analysis, responsiveness. Client support is good and our account rep is very responsive. Our account rep makes an effort to share recommendations and tips - which is appreciated. ML takes feedback well and seems motivated to be a business partner, which I like. They make it easy to send back any leads that are not to our standards and they will replace them.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

Launching new campaigns takes a long time and sometimes feels like we are starting from scratch every time we want to launch a new one  (ie, systems integrations that worked for a previous campaign suddenly no longer work). Our website integration has been broken for more than 6 months due to an issue on the ML side, which is something our that sales team asks about regularly and causes some annoyance internally at my company.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Madison Logic is helping us reach our preferred enterprise buyers more quickly and helping us build out our contact database with the buying comittee at these accounts. They are also helping us prioritize and pre-qualify our leads so that we can pass sales ready leads to the business development team as quickly as possible and nurture leads that are not ready to engage with sales.

They provide excellent client service and consistently deliver high-quality leads and valuable account insights. Their platform offers easy-to-view performance snapshots at the account level, making it easy to track campaign performance via self-serve.

The account team I work with is super responsive, proactive, and generally wonderful to work with. The platform itself is great to see on-demand results such as leads, account info, firmographics, and intent. They sync into our marketing automation platforms seamlessly, allowing us to follow up with our leads quickly.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

There is no platform view for non account list programs, so if you are running a program targeting by firmographics, intent, etc you will not have visibility. Also the QA of the leads is not always so great, but they are good about replacing incorrect or invalid leads.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They primarily help us increase our marketable database for our key accounts, but also provide insight into what the accounts are researching or interested in at the present time so our sales team can tailor their communications.

It's a nice way to distribute your content and drive fresh new contacts into your database. The targeting filters allow you to specifically focus on a defined list of accounts making it an extension of your ABM tools.

Sometimes the contacts don't remember downloading your material or they seem a little suspect. But they've always replaced any contacts we've questioned...  no questions asked.

Syndicating our content to expand our reach and drive new names into our marketing machine. ML's global reach has helped with targeting specific markets where we need additional reach.

One downside of the Madison Logic Platform is the use of sharefile in a separate URL/Website. While I understand the security that sharefile provides, it adds a step in sharing data. This could be improved by adding an area in the platform to pass back data.

The platform is user friendly, and it's easy to navitage.

The platform only thing I would've love to see was the flexibilty of changing the performance data into GBP for ease or reference for reporting. Obviously this is not always practical. 
It could be because I haven't spent enough time on the platform, but it would be nice to do actual date range performance to see if any optimisations made an impact on the campaign.

We aren't able to modify the flights on our own, and they have some limits in terms of export of data.

Slight lag in reporting, but nothing major that would warrant a complaint. More reporting on impressions and visibility of our ads for CPL campaigns would be helpful in evaluating their impact.

Madison Logic is helping us generate leads and be hyper-targeted with our campaigns to make sure we're getting the highest quality audiences for our campaigns, therefore making our sales enablement campaigns better.

The platform is straight-forward and easy to use. That said, since ML is a managed service, I don't really engage with the platform much. The team takes care of it.

The analytics and reporting dashboard is honestly really well designed. They provide you all the information you need and some you wouldn't think to ask for, but I don't personally find it overwhelming.

You do need to be on top of the type of leads you're getting (if doing content syndication) because the leads can become irrelevant or slightly out of touch for targeting quickly. But honestly if you keep an eye on it and are honest with your rep I've seen good results.

**What problems is Madison Logic Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to reach more users in our target base, and one of the best ways to do that is with our content. Madison logic allows us to offer that content to users we can't easily in social advertising or other paid outlets. Their intent data is also super helpful for an organization without a formal ABM display platform.

**What do you like best about Madison Logic Platform?**

Collaboration with the team is amazing, they work fast and precise. Further more they have fair CPLs which are often a lot better than other lead generating platforms. 

Next to that we see good quality of leads coming in, which are within our targeted account list.

It's easy to use, with a pretty straightforward integration with Marketo. It does require some set up within your MAP to organize your leads. (when you use multiple assets and want to track this). 

The support of the team is outstanding, always more than willing to create reports and provide you with extra insights. Also there is a lot of experience in house on how to strategize your full funnel marketing efforts.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

The leads coming in are cold, which can cause some frustration with our sales team. It's highly recommended to nurture the leads coming in via Content Syndication before handing them over to sales. 

But this is not something only related to Madison Logic. I see this with other CSPs as well.

Penetration of our audience with precision. Generating leads within our target accounts

I appreciate how accessible MLP is. Data on targeted/reached/engaged accounts is very useful, as well as detailed demographics.

I have not found a way to collect information on clicks. This would be very helpful, especially broken out by account. Our only resolution to this is currently by using GCM via tagged URLs, which can be flawed.

Working with Madison Logic has accelerated our ability to drive strategic growth of our marketable database...Other vendors I have worked with have questionable business practices for delivering leads, are rigid and sometimes difficult to work with, and don't deliver the same results. Madison Logic has been tried and true in helping us drive net new name acquisition. They are also very easy to implement and activate programs, compared with other vendors. Our account manager is also extremely customer-centric and always willing to brainstorm additional areas for optimization or work with us on testing new programs and ways to get the most out of Madison Logic.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

There's very little to dislike. Much of the challenges we face have more to do with our internal reporting and making sure lead pacing from Madison Logic is reflected in our database.

THe ML Platform provides a quick look at engagement with target domains as we target them online.  It provides insights into possibile initiatives within white space accounts so we are retarget based on their online activity to drive further engagement.  It also helps validate and prioritize keywords and content to support their online search activity.  Overall the insights help to shape our message within accounts where activity prioritizes our follow up.

**What do you dislike about Madison Logic Platform?**

As with most data, you don't know what you don't know meaning the data in and of itself won't tell the whole story.  The ability to correlate activity to buying signals and priorities within the account, is the most strategic value to engaging accounts.  The platform does not, on its own, provide this level of intelligence.

Why should I check this tool daily or weekly?  Not sure I know.

Ability to target key domains for white space accounts where we are trying to open the door for consideration.
