"pipeline accelerated"

What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like most about Lusha is how accurately and quickly it helps identify the right decision-makers without wasting time on outdated or irrelevant data. The platform is extremely user-friendly, and the Chrome extension makes prospecting seamless during daily workflows. It has significantly improved outbound efficiency by providing reliable contact information and reducing manual research efforts. I also love how well it integrates into the sales process, helping teams focus more on meaningful conversations rather than data gathering.Lusha stands out for its ease of use, clean interface, and pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

While Lusha is highly effective overall, there are occasional instances where contact data is outdated or incomplete, especially for smaller organizations. Credit consumption can also feel slightly high during large-scale prospecting campaigns. Additionally, deeper filtering and AI-driven intent insights could further improve targeting accuracy and make the platform even more powerful for enterprise sales teams. "Simple Interface for Fast Access to Contact and Company Details"
4/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I use Lusha to find business contact information and research potential prospects for outreach activities. What I like most is its simple interface and the ability to quickly access contact and company details without spending too much time on manual research. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

The credit limits can be restrictive for frequent users, and occasionally some contact information may not be fully up to date. Apart from that, the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you for the kind words. A simple interface and fast access to verified contact and company data is what we aim for — it's the data layer underneath the workflow, not the workflow itself.

On credit pacing during heavy use, we hear you. It may be worth a look at our pricing plans — there might be a tier that fits your usage better — and our support team can walk you through the options.

Thanks,

"Solid Data Accuracy, But Pricing Concerns"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I like Lusha for its ability to qualify outbound leads efficiently. The focus on quality lead generation is crucial for our sales, ensuring that our deals close and other outreach efforts are highly targeted. The data is good enough, letting us save time, as we don't need to use multiple tools or processes for verifying accuracy. This time-saving aspect helps us strategize other accounts, which is very valuable for anyone in sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

One thing that bothers me about using tools like Lusha is that they're not a single point of contention; I still have to use multiple tools. Also, the pricing based on credits can be a pain. Like, if I verify an email address, I use up credits, and if the team scales, that gets even more challenging with pricing and reliability. Lusha doesn't always provide accurate numbers, and for clients outside the North American region, getting verified phone numbers can be tough. So I end up needing second or third-party tools, making the primary tool's pricing seem less sensible. There's also a steep learning curve and the tutorials available aren't really good, which was a minor inconvenience for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable LinkedIn Contact Data Fast—Accurate Emails, Direct Numbers, and a Simple UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like best about Lusha is how reliable it is for pulling direct phone numbers from LinkedIn profiles, especially when I need accurate contact details quickly. It consistently helps me get past generic company lines and connect with the right person directly, which saves a huge amount of time. I also really value how accurate the email addresses are — I’ve found that they rarely bounce compared to other tools.

Another big plus for me is the grading system that shows how likely an email is to deliver. That confidence score makes it much easier to prioritize outreach and focus on the contacts that are most likely to convert. On top of that, the interface is simple and easy to use, it integrates smoothly with LinkedIn and CRM workflows, and overall it just feels dependable. It’s a tool I can trust when I need high-quality data fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

What I dislike most about Lusha is that the data coverage can sometimes be inconsistent, especially for smaller companies or more niche roles. There are times when phone numbers or emails simply aren’t available, which slows down prospecting and forces me to rely on alternative tools. While the accuracy is generally strong, occasional outdated numbers or incorrect direct lines can still happen, and even a small number of inaccuracies can impact outreach efficiency and credibility. "Easy, Efficient Prospecting with Reliable Contact Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

What I like most about Lusha is how easy and efficient it is to find accurate contact details. The Chrome extension works seamlessly with LinkedIn, making prospecting quick and effortless. The data quality is reliable, which helps improve outreach success and saves a lot of manual effort. Overall, it’s a simple, user-friendly tool that significantly speeds up lead generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

One downside of Lusha is that the contact data can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, especially for niche roles or smaller companies. Additionally, the database coverage is sometimes limited outside major markets, which can make it harder to find contacts in certain regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you, Sonali! We're really glad Lusha is making prospecting faster and more efficient for you . Your point about data coverage outside major markets is well taken — we're actively expanding our global database. Thanks for the detailed and constructive feedback.

"Effortless Lead Generation with Accurate Data"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I like how fast and easy it makes finding accurate business contact information. The browser extension is especially useful because it allows me to access contact details directly while browsing LinkedIn or company pages, which saves a significant amount of research time. I also like the simplicity of the platform, the clean interface, and how quickly it can rebuild prospect lists for outreach campaigns. The contact accuracy is generally very reliable, and the filtering and search features help narrow it down to relevant decision makers efficiently. Another feature I find valuable is how smoothly it fits into day-to-day sales workflow without adding unnecessary complexity. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with the browser extension being simple to install, allowing me to start using the platform almost immediately without needing extensive onboarding or technical support. The interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which integrates quickly into my daily sales and prospecting workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

Sometimes certain contact records can be outdated or incomplete depending on the region or company's size. I would also like to see more advanced filtering, deeper integrations with additional CRM systems, and expanded data coverage for international markets. In some cases, credit users can feel limiting when working on larger prospecting campaigns. Additionally, more detailed company intelligence and enrichment capabilities would make the platform even more valuable for sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Vanda Lerner of Lusha

Thank you for such a thoughtful review! It's great to hear that Lusha is helping you move faster on supplier coordination and design follow-ups — saving time on contact discovery so you can focus on the actual work is exactly the value we aim to deliver.

On data availability for smaller suppliers — this is a known gap we're actively working on. We recently added over 20M contacts and 9M phones to our database with a focus on expanding coverage, and we continue to invest in this area.

On advanced filtering — we've recently shipped new filters including Skills, Education, Languages, and Technographics at the contact level. Worth exploring if you haven't already.

On the credit model — we're working on educational resources to help users get the most out of their credits. Stay tuned, more guidance is coming soon.

"Rich Data for APAC, But Lags in data richness for the USA"
5/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I use Lusha mostly for finding customer data, especially phone numbers and email addresses, and it does a really good job at that. One of the things I like most about Lusha is its effectiveness in getting direct phone numbers, especially cell phone numbers, where I often struggle otherwise. Most of the time, the data I get is correct. I also appreciate Lusha's data enrichment for regions like APAC and the Middle East, which I find more up-to-date compared to other tools. Setting up Lusha was quite easy, like a quick plug-and-play, and it integrates well with LinkedIn, making it convenient to access contact details directly from a LinkedIn profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

I think Lusha is not up to the mark for global data. If I need to find details for someone in North America, like Kentucky or anywhere in the USA, the data doesn't seem to be as updated. I see the same numbers and emails as on other tools, and there’s not much difference. The email address or phone number is sometimes incorrect, and the same is true for Lusha. Compared to other tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha lags behind in the richness of data for the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Prospecting Tool with Data Enrichment"
4/5
What do you like best about Lusha?

I use Lusha for prospecting, and it's one of the most reliable tools for this task. It has helped me with enriching leads, often providing data on individuals who were nowhere to be found with other prospecting tools. The intent-based searching has improved our conversion rates. The Chrome extension is smooth and pulls contact details directly from LinkedIn, making it very reliable for daily outbound, especially for SMB prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lusha?

The data accuracy can be inconsistent at times, and the credits get used up quickly. When accuracy is off, it leads to wasted call attempts and bounced emails. With low credits, I have to be very selective about the leads I target, which ends up consuming a lot more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
