Because the technical team is primarily in France it can be difficult to get quick resolutions to issues that may arise. LumApps also is a newer platform and many use cases that we want to implement may be their first time doing so, which can cause a lag. The analytics are lacking, especially for trying to figure out a user journey within the intranet platform and there is NO click analytics. As a PM, it makes it very hard to prioritize which tools/widgets are actually being use in a certain site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the integration with Google workspace and the ability to customize the navigation and news items. Mobile app is helpful too. We recently updated our navigation and love the option to intergrate videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
