Especially concerning data security and customer care, they are enormously conscient and helpful. Even more the possibilites are far more than simple internal communication. We can actually link and communicate the whole array of local documents and guidelines and so far have just scratched the surface of process support. If your team is all around the premises and has mobile phone access Beekeeper fulfills your needs and will show you even more possibilities along the way. **What do you dislike about LumApps?** It's not beekeepers disadvantage. It's more that in a traditional, classical work environment beekeeper is a true step up. Thus the staff wasn't able to envision what is possible and reacted a bit defensive and careful. I am in the platform every day and find it easy to use as both a content creator, admin and end user. **What do you dislike about LumApps?** Because the technical team is primarily in France it can be difficult to get quick resolutions to issues that may arise. LumApps also is a newer platform and many use cases that we want to implement may be their first time doing so, which can cause a lag. Contribution is decentralized, allowing us to offer more targeted content. Each zone can share stories and resources with its employees. I also enjoy how closely it ties into Google Enterprise, making it easy to communicate with other members of the organization. **What do you dislike about LumApps?** There are many features/capabilities within LumApps where it feels like there is a small piece missing that could make the experience as an admin much better. A couple of examples of this would be scheduling publication dates and version history. Having a publication date for new content is great, but there is no way to schedule the publication of new versions/drafts of existing content. You must first unpublish to then schedule a new publish date. It would be great to leverage this for both new and existing content. For version history, it is nice that the feature exists, but it would be so much more helpful/useful if the changes between one version and the next were highlighted/presented to make them easier to find. These are just a couple of examples, but my team finds similar constraints frequently. Another process I wish was better was submitting product feedback. While there are communities on The Hive to submit this, it would be great to have a more official ticketing/request process so that any/all admins were able to leave feedback as well see what feedback other customers are leaving. **What problems is LumApps solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use LumApps to build a Knowledge base for our call center support agents.
