What do you like best about LumApps?

It is easy to publish, we have a strong intuitive navigation, search works well, metadata is very helpful in sorting information, easy-to-use widgets to create different types of content. I am in the platform every day and find it easy to use as both a content creator, admin and end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LumApps?

Because the technical team is primarily in France it can be difficult to get quick resolutions to issues that may arise. LumApps also is a newer platform and many use cases that we want to implement may be their first time doing so, which can cause a lag. Micro app integrations have been difficult to manage and I have not found that to be the best use of our time or efforts due to integration issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LumApps?

I like how LumApps wants to house all the features needed to drive engagement out of the box. (I still like)

I like that they are moving forward with tendencies (AI) but it seems like they are also worried about being able to sustain the growth in this areas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LumApps?

The analytics are lacking, especially for trying to figure out a user journey within the intranet platform and there is NO click analytics. As a PM, it makes it very hard to prioritize which tools/widgets are actually being use in a certain site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LumApps?

I like the integration with Google workspace and the ability to customize the navigation and news items. Mobile app is helpful too. We recently updated our navigation and love the option to intergrate videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LumApps?

I wish there were more integration options around files and out-of-the-box templates to reduce design help. Also better metrics without having to use Google Analytics. Promoted search options to highlight specific content would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Communicating to staff updates from the business and HR-related content. The new profile page is great to encourage staff to complete custom fields for searchability and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility and amount of options are terrific. The tool grows with you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LumApps?

There are a few minor tweaks I'd like to see, such as ability to drag and drop budgets and rows but these don't compromise the overall value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LumApps?

It's flexibility to bend to whatever you need it to be. Intranets can be more about news, data, info or community. Lumapps does all of those and does them really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it's flexibility can also be it's downfall. It can easily morph and change into a large behemoth if you don't have good oversight and understanding of what you want your intranet to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so easy and simple to use and very easy to engage others to content.

Great and amazing customer service, they help us achieve our goals.
