It is easy to publish, we have a strong intuitive navigation, search works well, metadata is very helpful in sorting information, easy-to-use widgets to create different types of content. I am in the platform every day and find it easy to use as both a content creator, admin and end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because the technical team is primarily in France it can be difficult to get quick resolutions to issues that may arise. LumApps also is a newer platform and many use cases that we want to implement may be their first time doing so, which can cause a lag. Micro app integrations have been difficult to manage and I have not found that to be the best use of our time or efforts due to integration issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The analytics are lacking, especially for trying to figure out a user journey within the intranet platform and there is NO click analytics. As a PM, it makes it very hard to prioritize which tools/widgets are actually being use in a certain site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
