- The onboarding of sammy was great. Even though we were a bit chaotic in the launch, he managed to help us out and launch on time!

Onboarding and setup was so smooth, on shopify plus

Very customizable, we were able to achieve everything we wanted with our program

Price was better than others we've used Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LoyaltyLion - loyalty platform?

Probably the only issue we've run into is that Shopify Checkout redemption is discount code only - it's made for some issues with customers not being able to easily use points during sitewide sales. What do you like best about LoyaltyLion - loyalty platform?

The onboarding team was awesome, we were able to get timely responses from them despite the difficult time zone differences. We had Sammy Newton as our onboarding manager and he provided great insights, helped where he could, and overall, was an awesome member to have on board with us. We really recommend him! At times, there were issues that arose due to details being missed by the page developers. In multiple instances, we would provide detailed instructions as to what we were seeking (with pictures and comments) and we would sometimes have to send it back for another 2 revisions AFTER already submitting for one. I love the analytics in LoylatyLion. It's amazing to see how much our AOV, Average Purchase Frequency, and Customer Lifetime Value have increased with redeeming customers. I think the price is very high. Although I think the ROAS is good for many businesses I wonder why it should be that expensive. Also, I think there is room for more AI integrated with suggestions etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LoyaltyLion - loyalty platform?

I feel that Loyalty Lion adds alot of value and encourages business growth and closer customer relationships. The platform is fairly easy to use and the insights are very useful.
