I feel like it is a miss that you cannot schedule campaigns for loyalty members. For example, if I want to run a campaign for a certain period of time that gives customers bonus points for buying a certain product, it is all manual and I have to make sure I am available for the start & end of the cmaapign. We love how seamlessly it integrates with our Shopify store and other key tools/softwares we use. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to set up and manage reward programs without any hassle. One area we'd love to see improved is the level of customizations. While the platform offers great features, there are certain aspects that we’d like to tailor more to fit our specific business needs, but we don’t always have access to make those changes. At times, the platform isn’t as robust as we’d like, especially when it comes to advanced customization and flexibility. What I liked best was having an onboarding manager to support us every step of the way! Libby White was incredible in her communication and clarity about next steps and anytime I was confused or felt like I was drowning a bit in overwhelm she was there to answer every question for me. Her and her team made integration effortless with their checklists for me to complete and launching to implement Loyalty Lion couldn't have been easier! Let me start by saying Freya, our onboarding manager, is absolutely incredible to work with! She always goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The program itself has great features and is easy to understand and customize. Anytime I've needed anything or had a question, I was always met with kindness, professionalism and a solution. I love that LL is reliable and has all the features one could need from a loyalty program. It is easy to use and the onboarding experience with Freya and Reya was especially great.
