I use Lovo for my company and honestly, Lovo's features are easy to use and allow you to choose all types of voices easily! The voices you get on Lovo are very human-sounding, unlike other services which have a robotic feel to them so Lovo is the best solution for me!

I'm unsure if I dislike any features of Lovo, but some of the voices may sound very robotic sometimes and need some work done. It would be great if they added advanced features like adding a delay in a sentence or change from a neutral tone to a happy tone or something similar like that. Lovo has a good selection of Voice Overs to pick from. You may utilize the Filter to discover the best match for your A.I. VoiceOver. A decent collection of all Voice-Over Genres, such as E-Learning and Audiobooks. It provides a wonderful option for selecting a Character based on emotions such as happiness, excited, and many more. What I didn't like was that you couldn't emphasize every Voice-Over you choose.

The output of the voices are very realistic and natural. They feel very unique and different from the other TTS tools I was comparing against in a good way. The UI/UX are easy to use and get started immediately. The outputs are uncompressed WAV file. This is important as we can work on the finalize and edit for the final product if necessary. I was impressed by the quality of the Text to Voice conversion, especially when it sounds much more natural with emotion as compared to the others. Unlike other services, the voice doesn't sound robotic, and the people watching your videos wouldn't know if it's a real person or an automated voice. This Lovo, I was able to create video explainer videos without hiring voice actors. In addition, I could update my projects anytime without rehiring freelancers. It's a huge time and money saver. The app in general looks great. I didn't into the issues or features that I don't like. However, some minor things could be better. For example, I wish the voice skins have more options. There are only a few good-quality voices, which is enough in general. Also, the UX looks a bit old, and I wish there are more control over the voice settings. My favorite part of using LOVO is that I can customize how the AI reads my text. I can set the tempo of the speech as well as the pauses between sentences. This is very important to creating a dynamic-sounding speech file. I can also train the AI to pronounce words how I want them to. I wish LOVO had a search feature when looking through the voice skins. I also think the product could be made better by using more granular increments in the pauses between sentences (example: 1.2 second pauses vs. 1 or 1.5 second pauses). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
