There wasn't a lot that I disliked about LOVO. If anything, it would be the price which comes down to the needs of my business at this time. I started with the free trial and after about an hour of using the product, I was super disappointed in the quality. I immediately canceled my subscription using the instructions provided in their FAQ.
The company then continued to bill me for months and when I reached out to ask for it to be corrected they said they have no record of my cancellation so they would not refund my money.
