It's an ERP system that also modular - meaning that you can start with just the Retail Bundle or Service Bundle, and add on at any time. LOU was built by the team at Evosus, using 20 years of experience in the Pool, Hot Tub, Hearth (Fireplace), Patio and Furniture industries. LOU is all cloud based - just open a browser or mobile app and start your day. Seasonal pricing allows you to dial up / dial down the number of users any time...we only charge you for what you use. All licenses include unlimited phone / email / online access to our U.S. based support center.

What I like best is the easy of changing the price on product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When an update is done, sometimes it will make the POS system weird, and how it is not that easy to get help when we open up because we are in the eastern time zone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LOU powered by Evosus?

After 48 years in business, we now have the long-overdue ability to see every order in our system for all locations. Before there was a lot of time spent calling stores, and gathering information about open orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LOU powered by Evosus?

The point of sale system can be more user-friendly by allowing a quicker log-in process. The register is shared by all employees, and logging in and out between transactions takes too much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process is a very important set because it determines how LOU will look and operate for you business. Take your time and plan out how you want LOU to work with your customers, and employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are solving our problem of incorrectly ordering inventory by having the ability to see what each location has on hand. What do you like best about LOU powered by Evosus?

Customer information is accessible easily. Estimates and sales orders are easy to work with and easily teachable to new employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LOU powered by Evosus?

Time it takes to find invoices for a customer if you don't know the exact date.

Taxes are not showing on sales orders to give a full total of the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
