I love that Lou understands the industry. All of the features make sense for the way we run our business. There are so many features that I know is going to help our business grow & be more efficient. I love that we don't need several software programs anymore. Everything can be done in Lou. The accounting side takes a bit of getting used to. It's very different from what we used before. The quick visibility I'm used to from our previous software takes more digging in Lou to find. The efficiency that LOU offers my team and me is great. We went from working on spreadsheets and multiple apps to now a small handful.

l dislike that it is missing a way to scan barcodes and it would be nice to be able to upload pictures when scanning barcodes. I think there needs to be more time for in-depth training before going live and after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LOU is very easy to use. One of the best features of LOU is the kits, both static and dynamic. The kits can really save time on adding items to an invoice.
