The most helpful aspect about our Loopio implementation was our Customer Success Team. They were with us every step of the way with an end goal of having us successfully use the product. My favorite thing about Loopio is that as an Admin of the system it is super easy to make changes and updates. I can do it on my own without having to go to our IT Department or Salesforce Admin. Loopio has taken our proposal library content to the next level by helping us organize it and keep it structured. Now we all can benefit from our each other's writing and respond to proposals quicker and more efficiently than ever before. We work with a large number of subject-matter experts who help us write proposal content. They all have been impressed with it's ease of use. As a member of a Bid Team, Loopio allows you to manage projects easily independently or as part of a wider team. It allows you to store all answers to help create a repository of all Q&As for future tenders, as well as assist the wider business find product / company information, etc.

The learning curve was steeper than expected, especially when trying to get the most out of the advanced features. I’ve also run into some limitations with library management, identifying duplicates and organizing content could be more intuitive.

Loopio is a critical tool that I use everyday. The import function is very easy to use and helps me get RFP responses started quickly by filling in common answers. The reporting in Loopio is good for metrics related to the content library (finding duplicates, seeing which entries are being used or not, etc.) but is not so much geared toward tracking RFP results other than recording win/loss. For now I'm still tracking most of my RFP data in a spreadsheet. In the future I would also like to have more filters to search the library and past projects; it would make it easier for me to find content from similar past responses. I really like Loopio for its intuitive user interface and ease of use. When you add in that it doesn’t require a steep learning curve, it meant our team was able to get value from it quickly. The implementation process was also refreshingly smooth, with clear guidance and support along the way. I also really appreciate the quality of customer support / success the are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us succeed. We use the platform regularly, and the combination of powerful features and seamless integrations into our existing workflows makes it an essential part of our RFP response process. Loopio works great overall, but sometimes I wish it had more flexibility with customizing workflows and templates. A few features feel a bit limited, and expanding integrations with other tools would make it even better.
