Working in a highly regulated industry where connecting directly with our user base can be challenging, LogRocket has been incredibly useful in understanding user behavior - what's working and what's not. It's enabled our team to remove assumptions and will ultimately support us in making better product decisions.

Beyond our product use case, individuals from other parts of our org have found great value in LogRocket's features, including tech support, engineering, growth/marketing, etc. It's very easy to customize filters, metrics, and dashboards, making it a highly adopted tool cross-functionally.
