I love that LogRocket lets me see exactly what our users saw before something went wrong. Instead of chasing vague bug reports, I can watch a replay and instantly understand what happened. Having the console logs, network calls, and errors right there means I spend way less time guessing and way more time fixing. It was also super easy to get started, the setup was quick, and I was seeing real results almost immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Finding the exact session for a specific user can be a bit of a manual process. I can filter by user ID, but since each user often has multiple sessions, I have to scroll through all of them, check the creation times, and manually match them with the timestamp of the error I’m investigating. If there were a filter to search sessions by time range, it would make this process much faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
