There is no way to add comments within an RCSA to go back & forth between assessor and reviewed/challenger.
Only offering 3 levels for Risk and Controls makes it more difficult to get more granular.

The platform is very easy to understand at a high level and users/administrators need very little training to begin utilizing it. I am the primary system administrator and there have been several iterations of how we have implemented our controls in LogicManager. Each time we have made sweeping changes the support team has been incredibly helpful and assisted in any way necessary (uploading spreadsheets / creating reports / etc...). There are only minor things that I could list here but none of them are true dislikes. They are merely inconveniences that are caused by our environment and not an issue with the LogicManager Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new changes to LM have taken me by surprise. I had a demo and I was completely blown away at the new capabilities it provides it users. In addition, the ease of use of the new features really struck a chord with me because very few systems are "user friendly". The enhancements make me want to utilize LM more and I began to explore areas that I had recently felt were too complicated without a Client Success Manager. We did have an issue with our Client Success Manager but a word to the Management Team saw that corrected within a few days and now we have an amazing person who is engaging, communicative, eager to ensure our success and always available to us within a few hours. That is is always evolving to be more encompassing of the ERM process. It doesn't just look to create a visual dashboard of information but rather how to take the data and make useful reports that executives can use to make thoughtful and insightful decisions from. There are some limitations to the reporting moduel and quirks between platforms with inconsistencies. However, after attending IMPACT, it sounds like the development team is open to hearing about those issues so they can work to resovle them when made aware of them. User-based licensing limit our ability to deploy the solution at the enterprise wide level due to the budget constraint. But I've learned that this is going to change this year to a solution-based pricing structure which is a great news! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about LogicManager is the support team. They lean in and help guide us to have the absolute best experience. I am not sure that I dislike but it is something that I'm not sure about yet, that is the contract management piece. I would like a more sophisticated program to help manage my contracts.

The CEO went on several rants at the conference, it left the entire room feeling weird. Many even cringed when he took the mic. Conference hiccups were far too many. LMX was pushed hard but is nothing more than ChatGMT for LM, it cannot read data, so is very high level and every user I spoke with said useless. Missed the smaller group sessions. Much smaller attendee list this year, many leaving LM.
Reporting remains a pain point. Hours are spent weekly manipulating reports. Pricing continues to increase at a rapid pace. Lots of employee turnover. Integration with apps is painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Logic Manager is great for tracking the progress of complaints from start to finish, I have the ability to make changes to any fields and to create the reports I need.
