User-based licensing limit our ability to deploy the solution at the enterprise wide level due to the budget constraint. But I've learned that this is going to change this year to a solution-based pricing structure which is a great news! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CEO went on several rants at the conference, it left the entire room feeling weird. Many even cringed when he took the mic. Conference hiccups were far too many. LMX was pushed hard but is nothing more than ChatGMT for LM, it cannot read data, so is very high level and every user I spoke with said useless. Missed the smaller group sessions. Much smaller attendee list this year, many leaving LM.
Reporting remains a pain point. Hours are spent weekly manipulating reports. Pricing continues to increase at a rapid pace. Lots of employee turnover. Integration with apps is painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
