Overall LogicGate meets the needs for SOX compliance, it is easy to setup and customize processes to fit our needs for SOX Compliance. It provides a lot of flexibility for us as we continue to grow as a company and the program evolves. Given LogicGate is a startup, there are a few standard features they are missing from their tool. Currently the tool does not have a global search function to easily find your information. If you want to do this, you have to create custom reports and then search that specific table for your information. This could result in completeness issues and I think it is something they should have implemented as soon as possible. It also does not have standard reports readily available to view. I think both of these features is on their product roadmap and once implemented will bring them up to par with their competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LogicGate is a powerful GRC tool. The platform is easy to use and completely adjustable to any need you have, and does not lock you in to any out-of-the-box designs that don’t suit your needs. Whether we are tracking vendor compliance requirements, enterprise risk, incident management or contract management, our company has gained efficiency and transparency across the board. We have been able to take our vendor management and enterprise risk programs to the next level by working with LogicGate and taking advantage of all of the great new developments they make on a constant basis. The Reporting feature is the most powerful tool and has helped us gain insights and analytics we would not have been able to before.
