I love how flexible it makes building and customizing GRC workflows and processes; the training and support team is excellent; they have made our integration to the software and experience outside the most rewarding. We can study and control risks of dealing with suppliers/third parties in our organization, as their reports are detailed, and through their analysis, we have been able to make decisions. The app is highly customizable and straightforward. I like that you can control what different types of viewers see and interact with at the UI layer. There are some limitations on how Scheduled jobs interact with your workflows. Additionally, the UI can be a bit confusing to navigate for anyone who has not taken a lot of the training or has not built an app. Most bothersome is the lack of flexibility when it comes to the Layouts (views) on the app pages.
