What do you like best about Localyser?

Aggregating reviews in a single location and allowing response from a single dashboard is an incredible timesaver. Launching the product took almost no time at all, our business pages integrated seamlessly and their support (on the off chance you have a question, since I never had an issue with the software) is incredibly responsive. The value is truly fantastic. You can even generate more reviews and filter out guest issues before they hit review sites through features included with Localyser. What do you dislike about Localyser?

I hate to say nothing...but I really can't think of anything I'd improve. It has everything a small business owner could possibly need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Localyser?

Managing reviews for a multi branch business was always a challenge. With Localyser, having all your branches on one dashboard solved a lot time and effort for us. Also another key feature is assigning the managers and their roles to use localyser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Localyser?

Localyser has been a game-changer for managing customer reviews and feedback across our various businesses. Its user-friendly platform, coupled with the comprehensive features it offers, makes it an invaluable tool. These features are not just abundant but also highly detailed, providing us with in-depth insights into our customer interactions.

The daily email updates are particularly helpful, ensuring our team stays informed and can respond promptly to customer insights.

A standout feature of Localyser is its ease of implementation. Everything was up and running within just 2 days, which is remarkably quick.

The customer service is exceptional, too. Mellisa and Lojain, in particular, were outstanding in quickly resolving technical issues and providing step-by-step guidance.

So far, my experience with Localyser has been entirely positive. I've been impressed with its comprehensive features, user-friendly interface, and the exceptional customer service provided by the team. As of now, I haven't encountered any aspects of the service that I dislike. Simplicity in managing multiple accounts from just one loggin.
