What do you like best about Lob?

Lob can handle a high volume of mailings and check payments. Being able to automate this in our compliance business has been huge. Also appreciate their test environment that can be utilized to simulate campaigns and mailings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

Lob support is unresponsive and not very helpful. Analytics leave a lot to be desired. Requests for information often go unresponded to. When they uncover issues, they do not proactively communicate them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lob?

We use the Lob API as a service for our customers to send postcards and letters to their marketing efforts. It's simple to work with and just what we needed for a robust B2B solution. The analytics helps us track piece-by-piece delivery to provide our users with a comprehensive log, and provide created, mailed, and delivered notifications. What do you dislike about Lob?

Not necessarily a dislike, but we would love more customizations for letters and envelopes to be more personalized. Lob does offer custom envelopes but the bulk order minimum doesn't suit our needs right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lob?

Lob is pretty straightforward to upload and send paper documents. It is also effortless to search for past items sent. It can also automate with systems to generate and send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

Moving too fast can cause error and requires you to start over. The larger documents we need to send must be reduced before uploading into Lob. I believe there might be a different permission to reduce Lob sizes, but that would be nice for all levels. Also, if there is an error, none of the fields you have filled out are populated anymore, requiring you to start the process over when sending manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lob?

We use LOB as a service and it's integrated into our company's system. We love it and will hopefully move forward with more business with them. We used to have to process a lot of things manually and in-house. We used to process 20k-40k pieces of mail PER MONTH. With integrated LOB, it has made our job SO much easier and we are now down significantly due to automating our processes! We don't have to worry about anything. They also provide information to show proof of mailing, etc. If you are wanting to go towards more automated services, this is the company to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

There is nothing that I dislike. Haven't found anything to where I wish it would change/the process was different regarding the processing piece. The only thing I wish that was a fix was their online website where clients can log in and view things. The dashboard, where you can set the date and see the live amount of pieces processed, does not reflect properly. It gives the graph of the total number for previous months but does not the total above the graph. It shows the total numbers for the current month that you're in. convenient... You dont need to go any postal office for even certified mails which I needed the most. They offer really good services to anyone. You may be just a person or a company, doesnt matter, still pretty good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

I wish they could post faster... They kind of make your mail wait 3-4 days at least and then mail them out... It is already such time consuming process to carry the mail by usps and they put also that time. So if you are in rush, you better mail it yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lob?

I love how when I used LOB for the first time, It didn't take long for me to navigate the website. The ability to easily access checks sent out by our business was exceptional and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lob?

The only thing I would love to see LOB include would be the ability to be able to track outgoing checks, I would like to be able to see if a check was recieved and processed by the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
