The most helpful thing in loadmill is that it's easy to use - for example when running a flow inside of the suite and the flow fails on a request - I tap on the request from the failed run and it'll open the full request body + will show me the headers and I could investigate the problem faster.
The second thing is that I can save my changes to my own branch in GitHub - it's very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least helpful thing about Loadmill is the complicated functions that they provide - I think that the Loadmill functions doc needs to contain much more detailed examples which will show us how to extract properly using the functions.
I often find myself looking for a function that suits my flow but couldn't understand how to add it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Loadmill is an excellent API test automation platform I highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their testing processes. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, allowing us to quickly and easily create complex tests for our APIs without any coding required making it accessible even to those without extensive technical expertise. One of the standout features of Loadmill is its ability to generate test scripts automatically, saving us valuable time and effort

I don't really have something specific I dislike about loadmil, when we face issues, bugs etc. we get an immediate response and support, we have very good communication with them and an open-direct channel for any support we need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Loamdill recorder browser plugin, which helps easy and faster way to write test suites in loadmill.
2. Loamdill locator inspector which is very easy to extract parameters from json.
3. Loadmill having good fearures like post script which helps ,we can write custom java script, Flow control, Shared flows, parameter sets.
4. Cli support which helps easy to integrate to Continuous integration tools like jenkins.
5. Main thing is BDD driven, Flow having multple api calls.
6. Having good integrations like x-ray, github, slack notifications, email notifications etc.
7. Awesome reports at test plan and test suite level. Also supports junit reports which will be useful to integrate any other reporting tools like allure etc.
8. Recently implemented the reports for API Covergate etc.
9. Having good feature like DB relays like mongo and mssql etc.
10. I have recommended this tool to many of our app partners for API automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Currently workspace is common for all users due to which causes problems like all users may endup changing same flows at same time. Ideally workspace should be specific to each user meaning suppose we checked in all scripts to github, now each user will have their own local branch (from master), so workspace should sync to local branch of the user, so that his changes will not affect others in the team.
2.Reporting can be still improved and can have environment details etc, Junit reports can also be improved, currently just giving suite and flow status only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dont have anything in particular that I dislike; it's not built/customized per company use but for everyone for most of the features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does things out of the box that make using it quite intuitive. For example login, the composer, linking variables automatically when recording.
The UI is also quite clear, for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The worst part is working with arrays, currently. It is not intuitive at all.
There also doesn't seem to be a global/window object in the postscript and it's tricky to understand what's going on there exactly.
When something is wrong and it doesn't save automatically, the indication is very small - the red cloud. How about a clear warning strip or something? ;)
I also want to have a slack or email notification when a test in my specific label fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of onboarding and starting with something small, but, at the same time everything is made for a scale up your testing and cover all of your APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tests are volatile and can be changed by anyone, have to be carful and no destroy someone's else job. back everything up in GitHub (they support that) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's fast and that it's being easier and easier to use, for me as a manual QA engineer it's essential to have a simple product in order to use it at the first place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's less visual and requires API recordings which sometimes is not super easy for me, but they improve a lot along the way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Brings everything that is needed to set up tests from a user perspective
- No expert/developer skills needed to create test-cases
- Test-case Recorder with AI support allows fast creation of test cases
- Brings many possibilities for data-security with it (needs enterprise plan)
- Very Good support
- Good integrations with CI/CD and Jira Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- some advanced functionalities are more complicated using only the UI (will work better with a little scripting or via CI/CD trigger)
- some more tooltipps would help not so frequent users to understand the test-results better (e.g. what does this result-time on this api in this load-test show? average? 95percentil? how does it take part in the overall times?) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I want to say this tool is just Wow. It helps us to validate the API's in the execution time itself. No need to have local storage to execute this when the app is running in the Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wait time needs to be increased in some scenarios where API needs to wait for more than 5 mins. This is the pain point for me to validate this kind of API. Waiting to hear from you soon!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
