What do you like best about LiveOps?

LiveOps has a very simple and clean UI. It has just made us worry free as the load of customer support they have handled very efficiently. It's experienced team had effectively managed the communications between the stake holders. They have a robust system to keep privacy secured, basically the 2 factor authentication system is very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Sometimes we find the buggs in the updates. But the developers tries hard to make it bug free. Best feature of security system sometimes create problem to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has solved the most worrysome part of the business that is the customer support. They had managed this efficiently and we could focus on the other part the business. What do you like best about LiveOps?

What I loved is that the product generally performs as promised. I was able to make dozens of dials quickly in a short amount of time and the records populated securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveOps?

Ideally, it would be nice if the interface would be able to live inside the main platform I used, which was Salesforce CRM. I didn't like having to swivel-chair from screen to screen. It may be for a different reason, but I feel that because they weren't integrated, LiveOps frequently timed-out and froze, forcing me to have to restart constantly...it happened several times a week.
