LiveOps has a very simple and clean UI. It has just made us worry free as the load of customer support they have handled very efficiently. It's experienced team had effectively managed the communications between the stake holders. Ideally, it would be nice if the interface would be able to live inside the main platform I used, which was Salesforce CRM. I didn't like having to swivel-chair from screen to screen. It may be for a different reason, but I feel that because they weren't integrated, LiveOps frequently timed-out and froze, forcing me to have to restart constantly...it happened several times a week.
