LiveFlow is a fantastic tool for providing useful, up-to-date reporting packages for our outsourced accounting clients. The ability to integrate with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Xero is very helpful, and the customizable nature of reports ensures we can craft relevant, unique deliverables which meet our clients' needs. I can't say there's anything I dislike about the software. One suggestion would be to mirror custom reports in QuickBooks Online with the available reports in LiveFlow, so you can pick an existing report to operate from rather than needing to recreate it within the LiveFlow dialogue window. LiveFlow has been a huge time-saver for our team. We used to spend hours manually updating forecast models and cleaning up spreadsheets every month. Now, with LiveFlow connected to our Google Sheets, everything updates automatically and stays organized. What used to take us close to 10–12 hours a month now takes maybe 1–2, and the data is always accurate.

Liveflow has a very intuitive interface that allows us and our clients to establish spreadsheets that stay updated with the latest info in QBO. I was new to using LiveFlow, but I have to admit that using it is very intuitive. It is very easy to implement, customer service is fast and excellent. I use the software for presentations and frequently use the dashboards. There are many features and I am learning something new all of the time. The best part, is that LiveFlow intergrates very easy with QuickBooks.

I have switched to using LiveFlow for most of my reporting. It makes reviews so much easier and faster! I personally like looking at spreadsheets more than the reports out of QBO and the fact that I can update in next to real time makes my life so much easier. LiveFlow is the single most significant piece of software transforming how I run my business in 2022.

QuickBook is a pain to use and doesn't give me the type of insight into my business's financials that I need in order to manage day-to-day operations.
