LiveFlow is the single most significant piece of software transforming how I run my business in 2022.

QuickBook is a pain to use and doesn't give me the type of insight into my business's financials that I need in order to manage day-to-day operations.

Very easy to connect my financial models and forecasts with the actual Quickbooks data.

They have a lot of templates that work for businesses within different industries and the online dashboard functionality is very robust and adaptive.

I like liveflow since it allows us accountants to do our tasks such as reconciliations, matching of accounts and transactions, and accounting analysis, real-time. LiveFlow replaces a significant portion of hardcoding and reduces time spent going back and forth between reporting software, modeling software, and QBO. It really expands the modeling capabilities you have in Sheets. The drill down option is great especially when working on multiple client accounts so you don't have to keep switching QBO files. I did like the pop-up window a bit more than the new side dashboard. It gets a bit cluttered when you have lots of reports in a model. I also wish there was a way to mark reports as "locked" so they don't update when I hit "refresh all". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using LiveFlow for about a year now, and I'm incredibly impressed. It's streamlined my workflow significantly and made building custom financial reports for my clients a breeze. The automatic refresh function is particularly helpful. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who isn't particularly tech-savvy. The system is super easy and intuitive. I was able to create my reports within two weeks of signing up. The customer support team is incredibly friendly and always available. I'm so happy with it—I just wish I had discovered this system earlier! It makes our work so much easier. LiveFlow is the product we've been dreaming of! It gives us the ability to share current, accurate financials with key players without the need to login or even have access to our accounting software.

We can show a consolidated view of all companies in our portfolio even though each has a separate QuickBooks company. I also love that we can group any companies together into individual workspaces to customize reports for each unique leader. It also allows custom reporting to show uniquely selected pieces of the GL. Furthermore, being able to drill into the numbers to see the data and seamlessly click into QuickBooks if necessary is incredibly helpful!

The onboarding process was fantastic as well. High level of support and follow up. They even had a member of the dev team join to learn ways they may be able to increase value and meet the needs of their customers.
