I would also appreciate if LinkedIn TA automated pipeline statuses rather than having users set them manually - if I save a candidate to a project then message that candidate, they should automatically be saved to the "contacted" sub-section of my talent pipeline. It's confusing and clunky that I have to manually select candidates that LinkedIn already knows I have contacted to add them to my contacted pool - meaning that I basically don't use this feature, as it feels like a waste of time.
