Search strings work great. Boolean searching is easy and a good fit for LinkedIn to utilize. It's very easy to upload resumes directly to the main page or send via message is also appreciated in my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would really like to know when someone logged in last. I understand that usually, in a search, they are at the end of the search, but dates would help, and I would like to have an option that shows if someone is actively seeking employment, just browsing opportunities, or not in the market. We will get a chance to connect with experts in every field. And for recruiters, it is very easy to hire the best talents from Linkedin.
Also, people are getting very good opporunites in their careers through Linkedin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interactivity level is limited in comparison to other networks. spam and sales messages sometimes bother a lot. still, Linkedin is one of the best networks to grow our professional network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On linkedin talent hub i found genuine people to get hire for my organization which helps me to achieve my goals as well as organization needs. I recommend every organization to use this portal for hiring people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On linkedin talent hub I also found some people who are not in to corporate world. So while searching right candidate i find some difficulty due to these unusual people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of it is that I can identify and qualify candidates quickly for various positions using LinkedIn Talent Hub. It's the simplest tool for posting jobs and tracking application statuses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit pricey, though. It's especially useful, and it gives step-by-step directions on how to post a job. However, the cost made me consider searching for other portals where I might post jobs for a lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform takes you through the step-by-step process of posting a job opening in your organization. You can add job descriptions, required skills, and even questions to vet the candidates before scheduling a conversation with them. You can then filter the candidates who apply to your job and send messages to applicants directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It only lets you post one free job at a time. The platform lags. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked having an ATS that was fully connected to LinkedIn. I didn't have to click out of the ATS to see candidates' profiles, and everything was in one place- but that's about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pretty much everything. We gave Talent Hub a fair shot as well (had it for almost 2 years before I left the company). There was a lot of growth during this time but not nearly enough to consider the platform a functional product. Things were almost always broken- there were days when I couldn't even get into the platform and their customer service was the least helpful or responsive of any ATS I have used. Feedback forms didn't work half of the time; scheduling was a lengthy-manual nightmare, reporting was a complete joke and our account manager changed every few months. When I eventually left the company, I struggled with how to offboard myself because over the last 2 years I had figured out so many workarounds that I knew it would be impossible to teach a new person all of these little tricks to just getting the stupid product to work. The platform also cost about $65k or something wild and we definitely could have gotten someone way cheaper that worked better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Streamlined candidate profiles and easy to see necessary information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not as usable for lower level positions. We also have issues with salary display technology being incorrect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability within the platform to quickly send messages, create template messages to be used frequently, and connect with individuals who may be a good fit for the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There can at times be a fair amount of spam messages from individuals looking to recruit for positions that do not match the skillset that you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
